Path@Penn won’t let me register because I have a hold. What should I do?

There are various kinds of holds that students might have that can prevent them from registering. One of the most common is the advisor hold. If you have an advisor hold, you need to reach out to Professor Sinno or me and let us know your course plan for the upcoming semester. You should be doing this prior to advanced registration each semester regardless. Then, we can release the hold for you. Information holds require that you complete your personal information in your Path@Penn account. If you are confused by a hold, please reach out to me at jnespos@seas.upenn.edu.
