 David J. Srolovitz, Adjunct Professor in Materials Science and Engineering (MSE) and the founder of PICS, along with PICS members Kongtao Chen, an MSE graduate student, and Jian Han, a postdoctoral researcher in MSE in collaboration with Xiaoqing Pan, Professor and Henry Samueli Endowed Chair in Engineering at the University of California at Irvine have been published in the Proceedings of the National Academy of Sciences of the United States of America.
